Hook Up Fee Schedule:

| Total Hook Up Cost: | $10,300.00 per unit plus GST = $10,815.00** |
** A basement suite with a separate kitchen is considered to be an additional unit.
The above fees must be paid prior to the initiation of hook up work.
Once the services have been hooked up, you will be billed monthly for your electrical (minimum $21.00). Water is currently billed at $52.31 quarterly and sanitary is $168.00 quarterly. Quarterly bills are sent out at the beginning of January, April, July and October. Electric bills are sent out at the beginning of each month. All bills are due upon receipt. (Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.)
Please note: As per the Tariff agreement between Hemlock Valley Electrical Services and the British Columbia Utilities Commission, "Employees of the company shall have the right to the customer's premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of making connections, disconnections, reading meters and checking company property."
